The tournament is a 16 team Invitational Round Robin organized by the Literary and Debate Society of Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, India. It follows the HWS RR Model. This edition is seeing participation from the best of Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and North America, and promises to be a truly enriching experience! 

The tabbycat/calicotab model for Ramaiah Round Robin was developed by Maison Pieterson and Lame Busang for Africa Nations Debate league 2020.Subsequent users include;

1. Lame Busang and Kojo Acheampong - Africa Nations Debate league 2021.
2. Kojo Acheampong and Selorme Acolatse - Xtensions IV 2021.
